Such content on your website, whether or not it has been placed there using SIMPL will be grounds for immediate cessation of your free trial.

By signing up for the free trial, you have provided us with the domain name and access information.

Face 2 Interface in turn is providing you with unlimited free trial usage of SIMPL. This includes but is not necessarily limited to use of the SIMPL InterFace screens, and the SIMPL page viewing software, some of which resides on our website, face2interface.com, and some of which will reside on your website.

You are warranting that you have ownership of the website, or permission of the owner to perform any and all actions under the free trial.

Further, you agree that all material you place on your website is either yours as the copyright holder, or that you have written permission of the current copyright holder to use. You will indemnify Face 2 Interface Inc. from any accusations of copyright infringement which may result from usage of materials on your website.

Your website, and all the content on it is your own responsibility. It is up to you to decide how to backup your data, and how often to do so. Face 2 Interface Inc. will not be held liable for any loss of data on your website.

In order to use the SIMPL InterFace screens, we will ask you for your domain name, userid and password. This information will only be kept on our website in encrypted form and will never be used by us to access your site without your prior consent.

The SIMPL technology relies on communication between your website and ours. All content is kept on your site but the design and general access to SIMPL is kept on the face2interface.com website.

This means that if for some reason face2interface.com is unavailable, any pages on your site prepared using SIMPL will also be unavailable.

Our website and the SIMPL software have been reliable, however should there be an availability problem we are not responsible for any loss in usage to your website which you may experience.

We will not reveal your email address or userid and password to any third party without your prior consent.

We reserve the right to publicize your website as one that is using SIMPL, if we deem it appropriate to do so. In that case we will provide a link to your site from our site.

We will not be liable for any loss of usage of your site due to unavailability of the face2interface.com website or loss of functionality on the SIMPL InterFace screens.

The free trial may be ended at any time at our discretion.
